IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE IN MORNING ASSEMBLY

IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE IN MORNING ASSEMBLY

Morning exercise is movements a person does to activate the blood circulation and muscles which all schools have to do it every morning. We did an interview with the PE teacher miss Naila from Al-Saada School for basic education and she informed us about the definition of morning exercise and its benefits.

Miss Naila: "Morning assembly is a salutation for the nation, it energizes the students and prepares them for the day".
That is it prepares the students both emotionally and physically. But there is a problem as miss Naila told us, because many students ignore its importance and necessity! And that is a big problem so miss Naila suggested some solutions for that like showing the importance of exercises to the students and pushing them a little more.

Students should always care for the exercise in the morning for all the advantages it has for them. And the root of solution is the cooperation of students and their satisfaction of the case, then they will appreciate the efforts the PE teachers do and we hope all students will obligate.

Water Pollution

Water pollution is the contamination of water bodies like lakes, rivers oceans and ground water. The water pollution occurs when pollutants are discharged directly or indirectly in to water bodies without a treatment to remove harmful compounds.

They are many causes for water pollution. The most important one is the inclustrial water. Industrial waste is the name given to unwanted chemical gases, liquids or solids that are produced as a result of industrial processes. When this industrial waste released in to rivers or the sea, it can cause serious damage to the environment. The liquid waste that is poured in to rivers or the sea can enter out food or out drinking water and can cause serious liver and kidney damage to people. It also affects plants and organisms living in these bodies of water.
Another cause for water pollution is throwing rubbish in the sea or river by the people who visit these places. It is sad to see such view in our beaches in Oman or any place.

To sum up water pollution which is caused by people can damage the biological communities so it is important to get rid of these wastes safely. Let us keep our Oman clean and beautiful.
